Who I am and how I work
Like you, I’ve struggled emotionally. Some of my biggest challenges have been imposter syndrome, depression, and anxiety.My coaching is shaped by Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a holistic approach to emotional healing and self-understanding. Price Philosophy
I decided to price my coaching at $110/hour for a couple of reasons.1. I believe life changing coaching doesn’t necessarily need a luxury price tag. I want this to be approachable.2. I genuinely love the work and only want to make enough to thrive not live in excess.If I adjust my prices it’ll still be motivated by these values. I always intend to keep it fair.
